Quality Assurance Specialist and Knowledge Facilitator

How you will make an impact:

  • Assure the policies and products written with in the agency are done so within agency and carrier guidelines 
  • Leverage agency systems, carrier systems and carrier scorecards to monitor agent performance relative to expectations and identify opportunities
  • Assist in agency guideline development and maintenance
  • Focus on practices which result in the conversion and retention of insurance products
  • Onboard and develop new agents as the team grows
  • Construct new hire and ongoing training curriculum
  • Coordinate with partners as regards proper training and instruction for the team
  • Conduct complaint investigations in collaboration with Sales and Service teams

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience properly rating, selling and underwriting insurance policies
  • Creativity to develop curriculum and interest within team members regarding training materials
  • Ability to identify gaps in knowledge with team members and with the team as a whole and work with leadership to prioritize individual and team development plans
  • Knowledge of carrier and agency guidelines 
  • Ability to enforce proper actions and expectations as regards the writing of insurance policies by team members
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to facilitate training and corrective meetings with team members
