What you’ll be spending your time on:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager. As the manager of the Implementation domain, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and customization of the Compliance  Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution. You will work with cross functional teams such as implementation experts, product managers, compliance units, and various vendors and stakeholders ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to deliver high-quality implementations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the implementations-based platform, and a track record of successful launches.

For this role you will also:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet the organization's needs.
• Professional lead a team of implementation experts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project implementations.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of the CLM solution, ensuring adherence to best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in functional analysis and solution design sessions to provide expertise and guidance to the team.
• Identify and assess risks and issues during implementations, provide mitigation options and escalate them to senior management as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information systems, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of proven experience in implementing and configuring CLM solutions from any industry.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve project objectives.
• Proficiency in integration methodologies and technologies such as RESTful APIs, XML, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide guidance and solutions during complex implementations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, interact with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive attitude, prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Not a must but a great advantage:

• Experience in implementing and configuring CLM solutions from financial institution.
• Excellent understanding of the KYC and AML lifecycle management and regulatory compliance requirements within the financial services sector.
