The Enterprise Client Services Senior Manageroversees and supports Payoneer’s business units on the day-to-day services and operational tasks – and works in tandem with other teams – to resolve issues on behalf of the clients. The Enterprise Client Services Senior Manager's daily activities involve leading the Global ECS team, launching and ramping up new clients, addressing payment related inquiries, and providing support on additional offerings and special projects. The role requires strong initiative, solid written/verbal communication skills, relationship management expertise, unwavering attention to detail, marketing know-how, managerial & client facing experience and an overall commitment to excellence. You ideally have a proven track record of servicing large corporations, building and scaling teams, account management experience, familiarity with technology products and services, an understanding of international clients, and a willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed

This role will be based in our New York, NY office on a hybrid reporting basis 2+ days per week

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a global ECS team, consisting of members in APAC, The Middle East & the US.
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients and assist with all technical aspects involved related to their use of Payoneer’s products.
  • Take a full ownership over inquires coming from the clients via Salesforce queues, phone and email, as well as web-based conference & demonstration tools.
  • Be responsible for team performance, including productivity, quality, and overall adherence to committed SLAs.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and all internal teams ranging from compliance, risk, operations, funding & R&D.
  • Raise flags on outstanding issues and potential opportunities related to upscales or new projects.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the GTM teams, representing ECS in client facing meetings and day-to-day interactions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with building & scaling corporate teams
  • Management experience with tenured reps. Ability to manage remote international teams
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a client-facing role either in a technology firm or in a financial institution 
  • Ability to work with all teams, including sales, finance, marketing, risk, and compliance 
  • Willingness to take full ownership of client relationships to answer questions and resolve issues 
  • Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills; in-person, over the phone or online
  • Firm grasp of how the web works, networking, and software products 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, with working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Ability to perform under high pressure 
  • High level thinking with a strategic business orientated mindset
  • Ability to generate and host strong presentations
  • Creative, independent problem solver 
  • Working extended hours if needed.

Not required but preferred:

  • Familiarity with card schemes 
  • Familiarity with the workings of international money transfers such as wires, global bank transfers, and SWIFT 
  • Experience working in Salesforce
  • Experience working in a global company
  • Hebrew or additional language skills

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $150,000.
