Your expertise will significantly impact our engineering team’s operations, bringing a new level of efficiency and effectiveness. As a senior figure, you will steer the optimization of our development cycles, deploy and manage sophisticated cloud infrastructures, and lead the development of cutting-edge developer tools. We envision you as a mentor, leading by example, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting complex production issues, and propelling the productivity of our entire R&D department to new heights.

What will you do?

• Design, manage, and enhance our cloud-based infrastructure, while ensuring it scales with the company’s growth
• Develop, maintain, and improve developer tools to streamline our workflows, based on your vast experience and industry insights
• Be the go-to person for best practices related to infrastructure and development cycles, and advocate for the adherence to these practices
• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues, using your problem-solving skills to mentor the team in addressing similar challenges
• Drive the optimization of our development and deployment processes, implementing best-in-class techniques
• Collaborate closely with our entire R&D team to elevate their productivity and effectiveness, contributing to their professional development with your expertise and knowledge sharing
