As a Field Operation Agent at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the field sales operation process.
This position is a field position that requires daily travels
Languages: Hebrew, Russian, English- Must
Responsibilities
* Achieving monthly sales targets - convert cardholders to money remittances
* Field meetings with potential customers
* High level sales and service skills
* Working in a collaboration with Backoffice team
* Multitask between different communication channels
* Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps
* Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement
