Responsibilities:

We are looking for a 2nd shift production manager that will be responsible for managing employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position will plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. This position will also be essential for training and coaching employees, submitting reports on performance and progress, enforcing safety guidelines, and troubleshooting machine and equipment issues.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of leadership experience (at least at the manager or supervisor level)
• Familiarity with Geek+ (not required, but a plus)
• Ecommerce Warehouse background, goods to person
• High School GED required
• Microsoft Suite & Google Suite Proficient
• Optical eyewear experience preferred

• Must be able to work between the hours of 3:00 PM to Midnight (2nd Shift hours).
