The Finance Systems Analyst role at Guesty is a unique opportunity to join a professional, highly motivated, customer-centric Information Systems team that is striving for excellence.
The Information Systems team's goal is to enable Guesty to continue its growth and maintain its leadership position in the hospitality industry, and in this role, you will be a key contributor to achieving this goal
Responsibilities
Support and Maintain Financial Systems:
- Provide day-to-day support for Guesty’s financial systems, ensuring their smooth operation and resolving any system-related issues.
Configuration, Implementation, Enhancements and System Upgrades:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
- Assist in planning and executing system upgrades, including testing, training, and change management activities.
- Extract, analyze, and manipulate financial data from various sources to support business data migration and decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
Requirements
- Knowledge of financial systems, such as ERP or billing systems (Netsuite / Zuora big advantage)
- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies, tools, and financial processes
- Advanced Excel / G-suite knowledge
- Self-driven and able to take direction and drive results, works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English
- Previous experience in a global company
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial engineering, or Finance
