We are seeking for a Business Support Manager, APAC who will report directly to the MD - APAC, and serve as the operational extension to the MD on all operational aspects of the business day-to-day, and maintain the business and operational interface between the MD and reporting country managers.
A day in the life
Sales Operations: Drive business growth through planning and tracking, this includes tracking and reporting on a solid pipeline, sales progress and results, as well as tracking retention metrics
Productivity and Efficiency: Improve sales performance & efficiency
Operational Excellence: Ensure similarity across business processes with the three global / geographical structures within Outbrain, CRO members and ensure business processes are consistent across the globe
Reseller/ Agency deals: Build and help operationalise efficient deal making across markets, tracking framework and building efficient communication/reporting with various stakeholders
Working collaboratively with regional/country managers, finance, legal and HR
Office Manager duties - support across negotiating/ office leases/ extension
Marketing Operations - ensuring the marketing initiatives across the business is trackable, accountable and business efficient aligned to company KPI’s
Proxy for the MD across expenses, travel budgets and interface to the Outbrain business across markets
In your first month, you should find your bearings, get to know the team, do a deep dive into our products and start to build key relationships internally
After three to six months, you will have autonomous ownership of the APAC Business Operations and will act as the operational point person for the region.
By the end of your first year, you’ll be an essential part of the APAC team, and will align global processes and flows with regional interfaces
What you’ll bring
A minimum of 5 years’ digital experience
A data-driven and analytical mindset
Familiar with Salesforce, Tableau, Excel or other reporting tools
Deep understanding and knowledge of native, ad-tech, performance marketing and programmatic landscape would be an advantage
Clear and concise communication skills and presentation style, for both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent strategic planning ability and organizational skills
Fluency in English is required, another Asian language is beneficial
