As part of our growth, Personetics is looking for a talented and experienced Leader of Business Development to join our dynamic global business development team.


About The Position

Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting, qualifying, recruiting, and managing partners across LATAM, while overall Ieading the formation and execution of LATAM business partnerships with global management consultancy firms, system integrators, and technology partners.
  • This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and strategic solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate. As a member of our Global Business Development team, you will play a key role in accelerating Personetics’ growth and positioning as the global leader in a financial-data-driven customer engagement platform for financial services.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear and compelling business case analysis and rationale for opportunities to gain organizational support and resourcing.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and utilize market dynamics to develop a view of Personetics’ competition and new Business Development opportunities.
  • Establish and manage productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Orchestrating the company’s stakeholders to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Meeting assigned targets for boosting sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Quickly possessing a constant detailed understanding of Personetics’ business, product, and customer portfolio, the digital banking and customer engagement landscape, the ecosystem of players, business models, and key innovation areas.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Strategy & Business Development.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, business development, and strategy consulting within the digital banking industry
  • Experience working with international financial services companies
  • Fluency in English
  • BS/BA required - MBA preferred
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding business-established goals
  • An energetic and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently to meet or exceed assigned goals
  • Analytical capabilities including financial models
  • A high level of organization and focus
  • An ability to make decisions in a changing environment
  • Strong Presentation skills
