We help banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their retail customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering, establishing a new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement serving over 120 million bank customers worldwide.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a talented and experienced Travel & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Operations team. In this position you will utilize your organizational and communication skills to support and coordinate the company’s travel operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating all different aspects of the travel arrangements for employees and guests, including: flights, accommodation, local transportation, Insurance, per diem, etc.
  • Personally coordinating the CEO’s travel arrangements including: flights, accommodation, local transportation, Insurance, per diem, etc.
  • Providing guidance and maintenance related to the company’s travel policy.
  • Aiding with visa processing, employee travel expenses and other travel-related documentation.
  • Ensuring that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company's travel budget.
  • Working with external travel agencies and facilitating communications between the organization and the chosen travel agency.
  • Reviewing and configuring travel related data, analysis and reporting of travel data.
  • Monitoring trips on a daily basis and making sure they are aligned with the policy.
  • Working with vendors and closing agreements with airline companies & hotels.
  • Reviewing and approving travel expenses according to the travel policy.
  • Collaborating with the company’s HR, Procurement & Finance functions.
  • Assisting with the daily tasks of the TLV office operations, while acting as a focal point.
  • Managing relationships and negotiations with suppliers

Requirements

●     2-5 years experience in Operation/Travel in High tech industry

●     Fluent English – verbal and written

●     Experience from a global company

●     Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities are a must for this fast-paced role

●     Must be a great communicator who is able to convey messages in a clear and concise manner

●     Excellent customer service attitude

●     Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
