We’re looking fora highly motivated team player that will oversee, optimize and develop a Risk portfolio of one of company’s main financial products. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and cooperate with other teams and departments to support the monitoring processes of the Compliance department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in portfolio management as well as risk, online payments or related eCommerce fields.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

• Manage the Risk portfolio of a major financial product
• Directly supervises the assigned portfolio, conducting constant ongoing monitoring
• Analyze data sets and user behavior to identify risks, including trends and patterns
• Draw conclusions based on multiple data sets and user behavior
• Ensuring performance based on established goals, benchmarks and milestones
• Design verifications and checks and monitoring mechanisms
• Support the development of related risk tools
• Ensure consistency in practices, policies and procedures.
• Conduct research and provide data-driven analytical/risk insights
• Work closely and communicate with senior business owners, product and program managers, data analysts and external 3^rdparty vendors

Have you done this kind of stuff? 

• Experience of at least 5 years in risk management in ecommerce or online platforms
• Worked at a Fintech company, online financial institutionor have proven work experience in payments domain.
• Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience – a must
• Experience with analysis/investigations to identify trends and patterns
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Flexible attitude and ability to cope with changing requirements
• A team player with strong cross-group collaboration
• Highly motivated, a can-do approach, committed, positive attitude
