About The Position

HiRUM ( Guesty Company) Software Solutions is a leading software company operating in the accommodation industry offering a full end-to-end software solution.

With over 25 years of experience as a market leader, we continue to innovate and expand to meet the demands of a fast-moving and rapidly-evolving sector.

Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts to achieve long-term success. Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs to ensure high levels of customer retention. Meet revenue targets from upsells and new business. 

Specific accountabilities: 

  • Maintain contact with customers in person, by phone, by email and through online meetings in accordance with a plan to maintain customer satisfaction and ultimately retention
  • Engage and convert new business opportunities/leads 
  • Develop leads and identify new market opportunities for existing clients
  • Develop strong product knowledge on all our products and other general market information of interest or value to customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations to customers or potential customers
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of key accounts and expand the relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Work collaboratively as a member of the team to ensure targets and objectives are met
  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM and other sales tools to facilitate opportunity management, accurate forecasting, account planning and ensure customer relationship information remains up to date
  • Attend industry events and develop professional relationships on behalf of the Company 
  • Provide insights and feedback, based on customer expectations, to aid in the development of new ideas, products and solutions in consultation with Management and the Technical team
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses of existing business achievements, opportunities and targets to present to Management on a regular basis
  • Coordinate resources to meet client objectives and issues

In addition to the accountabilities outlined above, you are also required to perform such other duties as may be directed by your Manager provided these are within your competency or training. 

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualities:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management/Sales
  • Strong technical acumen and deep analytical skills
  • Strong client and internal communication skills
  • Eager and quick to learn new products and technologies
  • Friendly, patient and professional demeanour
  • Ability to multitask - managing multiple accounts and priorities
  • Passionate about client success
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail

Remuneration:

  • The package will consist of a base salary plus performance-based commissions.
  • Hybrid work- Office address - 2/8 Technology Drive, Arundel, Queensland 4214

Tools:

  • You will be provided with the necessary equipment to perform your duties, including the use of a company vehicle and mobile phone for work purposes
