PandoLogic is looking for an experienced Controllerto join our Finance team, reporting to our VP of Finance IL & EMEA.

We are looking for a motivated team player with a passion for success, a proactive mentality, and strong analytical skills, with a passion to learn and implement new processes and business requirements.

We value professionalism, ownership, and teamwork, and are constantly looking for new ways to make processes more efficient and scalable.

This is a hybrid position based in Herzliya.

What will you do?

• Manage day-to-day accounting GL operations
• Overseeing the GL, IC, TP, and reconciliations.
• Lead monthly/quarterly and annual financial reporting materials.
• Build, Develop, and implement efficient financial systems, policies and processes to optimize the team's activities.
• Manage cash flow. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure efficient and effective use of company resources.
• Monitor KPIs.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
• Support the  AOPs and forecasts.
• Work with the VP of Finance and other members of the finance team
• Guide and manage a global team of 2+ employees.
• Collaborate with the global finance teams and other teams across the organization.
• Manage statutory reporting, and work with the Company's external auditors and other consultants.
• Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.

What should you bring?

• 7+ years of relevant work experience preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
• CPA with Big 4 experience – a plus.
• Experience in managing a global team.
• International experience mainly in EMEA.
• Experience with implementing new financial systems.
• Experience in building policies and processes.
• Knowledge of USGAAP.
• Knowledge of month-end close and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Team player, making things happen, proactive, fast learner, and self-motivated.
• Fluent in English, and other languages - a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the highest level of integrity
• Knowledge of ERP Systems – Oracle is an advantage.
