As an Email Support Specialist at TrueAccord, you will play a critical part responding to customer emails to help them negotiate a path to financial recovery. We empower you to be quality-focused, and to provide the best response possible that is empathetic but also drives towards a solution for our customers. You will play a pivotal role in realizing our mission to take negative experiences out of debt collection forever. Join us in our dynamic call center and be a part of the solution!
 
Tentative Start Date:
October 9, 2023

Training Schedule: 
10:30am to 2:30pm OR 3pm to 7pm during the work week (Monday - Friday).

After training, you can DECIDE YOUR SCHEDULE within certain parameters! Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7am to 7pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 12pm.
You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week (no Saturdays required)
To qualify for benefits, you must work at least 30 hours per week (a shift every other Saturday from 8am - 12pm is required as well)

Office Location: 
16011 College Blvd Suite 130, Lenexa, KS 66219. **This is an in-office role.
 
Pay: 
$15 per hour

What You'll Do:

    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Guide and motivate customers through the collections process
    • Manage inbound repayment inquiries from consumers and debt consolidators via email
    • Communicate with customers to establish payment solutions and resolve account inquiries
    • Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management
    • Meet expected quality and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Attention to detail and critical thinking 
    • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated skill in problem-solving, negotiating, and resolving conflicts
    • Commitment to providing best in class customer service
    • Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environment
    • Experience with email, G-Mail preferred
    • Self-motivation

Bonus Points:

    • Customer email support experience
    • Experience using Mac computers and navigating multiple software applications
