About The Position

Guesty is the industry-leader Vacation-Rental Property Management Software, designed to help property management companies in the short-term rental industry run their business easily by providing an end-to-end solution to all their daily needs. With Guesty, users can manage their listings across multiple websites (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and more), sync all their calendars, manage staff, and more. 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our professional Services Department as a Professional Services Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Portugal, providing exceptional services to our clients in their early customer journey. You will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to the success of our department and our customers implementation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Guesty platform and customer onboarding process - including system configuration, user training, best practices and customer relationship management
  • Configure/Optimize account settings based on specific client needs
  • Utilize your expertise to deliver outstanding services to our clients remotely
  • Deliver product training sessions (via video) to customers
  • Participate in project planning, implementation, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and client requirements
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting practical solutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates, gathering requirements, and addressing concerns
  • Prepare and deliver reports, documentation, and presentations as needed
  • Gather customer feedback to communicate it to the Product teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Continuously update project status, milestones, and deliverables in project management systems

Requirements

Professional Services/Customer Success Experience

Extremely organized individual with the ability to manage multiple accounts in parallel

Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results as an individual contributor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Eager and quick to learn new products and technologies

Familiarity with the Short-term or Vacation rental market - a plus

Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor

SalesForce, Jira software experience - a plus

Portuguese, French or Spanish speaker - a plus
