Personetics is looking for a Regional Marketing manager to lead our Americas Field marketing activities. You will play a key role in developing, implementing and executing integrated Marketing programs. The role will involve a combination of strong communication capabilities (verbal and written) while being the rallying point for all Americas regional field activities.
Responsibilities include the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
In this role, you will report to the global head of Marketing while actively collaborating with local teams in the region. You will foster strong partnerships and work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, account management, and customer success. By aligning with these teams, you will ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.
Your success will be measured by the ability to build a solid marketing activities pipeline, while increasing regional opportunities in the NA markets to drive sales velocity.
