About The Position

Personetics is looking for a Regional Marketing manager to lead our Americas Field marketing activities. You will play a key role in developing, implementing and executing integrated Marketing programs. The role will involve a combination of strong communication capabilities (verbal and written) while being the rallying point for all Americas regional field activities.

Responsibilities include the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

In this role, you will report to the global head of Marketing while actively collaborating with local teams in the region. You will foster strong partnerships and work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, account management, and customer success. By aligning with these teams, you will ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.

Your success will be measured by the ability to build a solid marketing activities pipeline, while increasing regional opportunities in the NA markets to drive sales velocity.  

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a North America-specific marketing plan to support sales and drive growth. Utilize various tactics such as events, webinars, partnerships, and local associations.
  • Events and trade shows: Identity, plan, and execute regional small events, roundtables, and bespoke/dark social marketing events. In addition, trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships increase brand visibility and generate leads. Manage event logistics, including booth setup, staffing, collateral, and post-event follow-up.
  • Build and nurture local partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local associations, organizations, and communities to enhance Personetics' brand visibility and expand reach. Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Sales enablement: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop marketing collateral, communication, and resources that support their efforts. Provide training and support to ensure sales representatives are equipped with the necessary knowledge and materials.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to gain insights into the local competitive landscape, industry trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities. Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Campaign management: Plan, execute, and monitor regional marketing campaigns that resonate with the local target audience, considering cultural nuances and regional preferences.
  • Take a data-driven approach to marketing, tracking ROI from marketing activities and helping communicate to the rest of Personetics the efficacy of marketing activities.
  • Team collaboration and leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, business development, and marketing teams, to align regional marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in field marketing, event management, for B2B enterprises.
  • Proven Track record in establishing robust pipelines for B2B enterprises through effective field marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Account Based Marketing tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative ways to engage with local audiences.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations as required.
  • Knowledge of the banking industry is a plus.
  • Keen attention to detail along with strong organizational and project management skills
