We are looking for a Senior Solution Business Manager to join the Shopper Intelligence Solution team, reporting to our Head of Shopper Solution, Innovation group:

  • Shopper Intelligence helps CPG (consumer-packaged-goods) brands grow their business on Amazonby uncovering consumers’ buying and browsing behaviors.
  • An independent platform & solution, we operate in a start-up mindset and like to move FAST, think BIG, and go LONG for our customers, in order to fuel the next major growth engine for Similarweb.

As a Senior Solution Business Managerat Similarweb you will:

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and value proposition of our offering end-to-end, from planning to execution, leveraging market expertise and in-depth knowledge of client needs.
  • Partner with commercial teams and operations to drive the sales and adoption of Shopper Intelligence
  • Take part in mapping and optimizing the buyer journey of Shopper Intelligence, to maximize value in every touchpoint.
  • Inject product and market expertise into the field by meeting clients and prospects, and facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Partner with Product on strategy, positioning, differentiation and product launch; Marketing on content & campaigns; Enablement on training; GTM on customer feedback and education.
  • Advocate and leverage VOC to ensure customer centric mindset and collaborate with product to ensure use case alignment and completion; surface qualitative and quantitative insights to shape product direction, ensure product-market fit and scale adoption.
  • Build competitive and market landscape expertise to enable client facing teams and to inform offering and overall strategy; conduct market analysis activities to refine target audience & segmentation
  • Develop positioning and messaging to crystallize sustainable value proposition for the client use case; establish and grow a repository of customer success stories, ROI and client testimonials
  • Work with the Marketing team on product launches and product education (internally and externally) - including webinars, sales collateral, training materials, knowledge base, etc.
  • Lead commercial & funnel analysis and reporting to track success and surface blockers, opportunities and recommendations.

What will I bring to the team?

  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: management consulting, corporate strategy/dev, product management/Marketing in E-commerce.
  • B2B SAAS experience - experience required.
  • Domain expertise in Shopper/CPG Retail Analytics
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals, from our product & engineering teams to executives, business partners, and customers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where decisions have a large and immediate impact.
  • Must be VERY comfortable with data; analytical or analyst background an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
