We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a portfolio of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large, complex projects, and will be able to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring that team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Establish project governance and ensure that project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- LEAN / Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Amenable to change schedule as needed for the completion of a project
