We are the leaders of our industry and the only ones offering an end to end solution for our clients. We are over 700 strong in 13 different sites worldwide and now we are launching a new customer service team located in Cebu.

Responsibilities
- Conducts recruitment for various positions in the company. This includes but not limited to end-to-end recruitment from LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting, through CV, phone and interview screening, and managing all interview stages.
- Implements and utilizes effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Collaborates with hiring process managers and support them during the recruitment process including but not limited to defining and validating key requirements, sourcing strategies and reviewing and implementing action plans
- Ensures positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and completion and compliance of all requirements
- Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
- Performs any other tasks or duties as assigned from time to time
- Reports directly to the People Partner and be able to exercise good judgment within defined parameters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any related course
- At least 3+ years of experience as a recruiter preferably in a BPO setting
- Familiarity with relevant sourcing techniques (especially with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings) and has ability to remain current with strategic sourcing techniques and skills
- Highly organized, analytical and has strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Has strong communication skills, a team player with a positive and can-do attitude
