Responsibilities


  • Conducts recruitment for various positions in the company. This includes but not limited to end-to-end recruitment from LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting, through CV, phone and interview screening, and managing all interview stages.
  • Implements and utilizes effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Collaborates with hiring process managers and support them during the recruitment process including but not limited to defining and validating key requirements, sourcing strategies and reviewing and implementing action plans
  • Ensures positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and completion and compliance of all requirements
  • Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
  • Performs any other tasks or duties as assigned from time to time
  • Reports directly to the People Partner and be able to exercise good judgment within defined parameters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any related course
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a recruiter preferably in a BPO setting
  • Familiarity with relevant sourcing techniques (especially with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings) and has ability to remain current with strategic sourcing techniques and skills
  • Highly organized, analytical and has strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Has strong communication skills, a team player with a positive and can-do attitude
