Our Operations Team is a global team that manages all the behind-the-scenes work necessary to maintain vibrant and creative office environments for the Company’s 500+ employees worldwide. We’re looking to hire a full-time Office manager to be the primary point of contact for all employees in our office space in Jerusalem.

This is a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals in the high-tech industry. In addition to performing the day-to-day tasks of the Front Desk, you will be responsible for all of the office logistics including communication, budget tracking, bureaucracy while handling maintenance and facilities issues.

What you will be doing

  • Uphold Front Desk Responsibilities (welcome guests, receive packages, arrange parking, accompany external suppliers, etc)
  • Manage incoming questions and requests from employees
  • Be a source of knowledge by staying up-to-date on all Operations initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department
  • Summarize operational plans and communicate succinctly to employees
  • Bring innovation, creativity, and ambition to office management problems
  • Responsibility for horizontal projects in the company (work safety, onboarding, etc)

Your skills and experience

  • Previous Experience in office managing
  • Service oriented, ability to maintain positive attitude at all times
  • Logistics-minded and passionate about project management
  • Technology oriented with proficiency  in Google productivity platforms (sheets, forms, docs)
  • Professional English & proficient Hebrew (oral and written)
  • Availability to work on site 08:00 - 17:00, Sunday - Thursday
