Director of Information System

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information System business partner to lead our team in the development, implementation, and management. The Director of Information System (Process-Oriented) will play a key role in driving the organization's efficiency and ensuring that business processes are optimized and streamlined. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative leader to join our team and make a significant impact on our organization's success.

 A day in the life

• Developing and implementing strategic plans for information technology systems that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Managing relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
• Collaborating with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Lead the implementation and testing of business processes to ensure they are streamlined and scalable.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, including process flow diagrams, use cases, and other relevant documentation
• Lead and manage a 2-3 of project managers /business analysts, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure that the team is delivering high-quality work

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field along with significant experience in information systems management.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the development and management of lead2cash information systems
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Experience in project management and overseeing the full software development lifecycle
• Experience in project management, including defining project scope, developing project timelines, and managing project budgets
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, process analysis, and process improvement
• Knowledge of process modeling techniques and process automation technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of business analysts
• CRM implementation and integration experience
