Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a high-performance organization in product marketing, sales enablement, or learning and development
  • Experience launching/enabling technologies within one or more of the following: cloud infrastructure, SaaS, big data, AI/ML, enterprise SW
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is strongly preferred
  • Results-oriented decision making with a commitment to excellence
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills (native English speaker)
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience in translating product and stakeholder needs into effective collateral
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in market research, messaging, and positioning
  • Self-motivated and energized with strong sense of ownership 
  • Experience creating effective slide decks, brochures, demos, videos; excellent presentation and story-telling skills
  • Ability to influence and work with an elite team of hardware and software engineers, without direct authority
  • Love learning and exploring cutting-edge technology and can hang with the engineers as well as communicate the technology to the market

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy and manage a rolling 12-month sales enablement roadmap
  • Craft compelling marketing content to highlight differentiated value for target customers via presentations, web content, webinars, white papers, blogs, demos, etc
  • Work with subject-matter experts to extrapolate key messaging from complex technical concepts
  • Maintain a portfolio of programs including sales playbooks and pre-sales workflows
  • Understand the customer journey, target audience, and different stakeholders, including pain points for each, and build an effective growth strategy
  • Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement content, including sales playbooks, product demos, presentations, and case studies
  • Build a trusted relationship with the Sales team to identify gaps and drive resolution
  • Support sales training programs that educate sales representatives on our solutions
  • Own product launches, create plans and execute
  • Work with marketing to ensure that sales collateral and messaging are aligned with the company's brand and messaging
  •  Serve as an expert between sales, marketing, and product management teams
