Personal and Executive Assistant

Remitly is looking for a resourceful and inventive Personal and Executive Assistant to join our team (for a 1 year period). This is an opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast-growing startup by providing seamless support to a C-level executive spanning professional to expat-related personal support. 

You Will:

• Own Executive’s combined professional and personal calendar
• Schedule both personal and business meetings and appointments across multiple time zones.
• Partner closely with Seattle based Executive Business Partner supporting executive's Global responsibilities. 
• Track financial business and personal expenses, including bill payments, reimbursements, vendor payments etc.
• Be the executive’s “Go-to” person for all requests and queries.
• Be the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties.
• Make complex international travel arrangements including flights, ground transportation, lodging, dining and other activities.
• Engage in tasks that support the proper balancing of the executive’s personal life, including providing scheduling support for the executive’s spouse and children.
• Research and book various local services and needs (e.g. healthcare, entertainment, etc.).
• Good judgment and problem solving skills to lower the overhead of living globally.
• Engage in the completion of forms and processes.
• Work on specific projects with the broader local and global administrative team.
