We’re looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with expertise in crafting and overseeing BI and analytics solutions, transforming raw data into valuable insights and knowledge.
What you’ll be spending your time on?
- Develop and implement BI solutionsusing front-end BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, and SSRS. This includes designing the solution, building it, testing it, and deploying it to production.
- Create and manage the semantic layer for BI tools. This includes defining the data model, creating relationships between data entities, and adding business logic to the layer.
- Generate data-driven visual dashboards and reports, delivering valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Convert business requirements into technical specificationsthat can be used to build a solution
- Assess and enhance current BI systems, aiming to improve their effectiveness and performance.
- Oversee and manage the infrastructure architectureof BI tools, ensuring its continuous maintenance and control.

Have you done this kind of stuff?
- 3 or more years of experience developing and executing complex and efficient SQL/BigQuery queries– A must!
- 3 or moreyearsof experience working with BI tools(Looker/PowerBI/SSRS).
- Demonstrated experience in creating and developing data visualizations and reports.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a service-oriented environment with a focus on teamwork.
- Open-minded, inquisitive, and enthusiastic learner who embraces new technologies and adapts quickly.
- Exhibited advanced analytical abilities, proficiencyin multitasking, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
Not a must but a great advantage
- Experience working in Google’s Cloud Platform(Looker/Big Query) – Big Advantage!
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) – Big Advantage!
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficiencyin data modeling techniques and a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively structure and organize data.
- Knowledge and understanding of the payments industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Information Systems or equivalent.
