We’re looking for atalented Compensation & Benefits Analyst Support for the full spectrum of compensation functional processes.

This role will report to our Team Manager, Compensation & Benefits

To ensure Similarweb is highly competitive and inclusive while delivering professional and effective compensation and benefit programs.

 

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Analyze, design and support the full spectrum of compensation functional processes 
  • Work on the day to day delivery of effective compensation programmes to ensure reward programmes are in line with market practice and business strategy
  • Support ad-hoc project work and provide analysis and insights to enhance the effectiveness of the overall HR function 
  • Undertake regular benchmarking and market related pay research, to ensure SimilarWeb remains competitive and an employer of choice
  • Support in management of company variable plans (MBO)
  • Gather data from market-based compensation surveys by spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends
  • Manage benefits plans, research employee benefits in similar industries and advise on changes/updates to the company’s existing benefits or policies.

This is the perfect job for someone who has:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Compensation & Benefits analyst in a global environment
  • Previous reward analyst experience and knowledge of reward benchmarking and evaluation methods
  • Proficient with Microsoft excel and google applications - Must
  • Ability to work in an agile, rapidly changing environment and own processes end to end
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • English - Full proficiency
