Payoneer is looking for an excellent and experienced Data Product Managerto enable data consumers to understand data and insights by joining our Product team to take part in developing the fintech industry’s leading cross-border payment platform for marketplaces and other businesses. The Data Product Manager is responsible for data democratization within the Product Organization, and for increasing time to value of the data itself. 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Product's data definitions, processes and usage.
  • Be Product’s champion in finding ways to leverage data flow throughout the entire product lines, rather than simply using data to inform a product's design.
  • Partner with Product Managersto design products and features based on advanced data-driven insights.
  • Be Product’s focal point to data department– Map, prioritize and incorporate all the department’s needs across product lines, and work with data-business-partner to promote solutions for Product.
  • Be Product’s champion of web analytics– Migration, data governance and analytics– educating teams on best practices.
  • Lead customer journey data analytics perspective - Enable a holistic view that includes customer journey processes and business processes throughout top of the funnel (with Marketing), the funnel and the integration with company’s products.
  • Self-serve-analytics champion in Product- Lead the “democratization of information” process within the product organization, promote self-service analytics capabilities for product owners, including training and best practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 7 years of professional product management experience; Preferably 5 years in growth or data analytics.
  • Knowledge in the fields of Data Discovery and Classification
  • Strong investigative and research skills – great organizational, research, and analytical skills combined with innovative thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and customers.
  • Strong professional presence to support regular interactions with senior management.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Web Analytics, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager strongly preferred.
  • Relevant B.Sc. degree (MBA as an advantage)
  • Eligible to work/live in NYC
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment​.

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $100,000-$200,000.
