Our competitive advantage is based on our ability to simplify complex operations and provide intuitive, engaging, and slick user interactions so we are looking for a passionate, talented, highly motivated Head of Product Design to lead our Product Design team.
Responsibilities
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join Guesty as the Head of Product Design for our UX team. As a strategic product layer, Guesty UX plays a pivotal role in achieving our business goals by simplifying and making our product accessible to diverse personas.
This leadership position entails making critical UX decisions at the highest levels, requiring strong leadership skills and a profound understanding of delivering exceptional self-service UX.
You will lead a talented team of 10 Product Designers, shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge product. Reporting to the SVP of Product, you will have the opportunity to lead with boldness, encouraging innovation and embracing challenges to achieve design excellence.

Requirements
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in design roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity in B2B and B2C product-centered companies working on complex products
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing proficiency in the end-to-end design process across multiple platforms.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to mentor and inspire design teams of at least 4 product designers.
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding design solutions that have had a measurable impact on user engagement and satisfaction.
- Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and aligning various perspectives into a unified, customer-centric approach.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with the ability to translate business goals into intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Express UX decisions and plans as principles and guidelines. Align them with the relevant stakeholders and own the communication to the entire product R&D teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts, collaborate with stakeholders, and influence decision-making processes.
- Diverse background and experience from different industries in several companies
