We are seeking a Senior Director, Marketing Operations & technology to play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing the planning, execution, and optimisation of our daily operations and our marketing technology stack.

 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of our global marketing activity and ensuring our capabilities evolve as customer expectations and technologies change. You will collaborate with and provide solutions that support our marketing teams across the globe, working in close partnership with the Product, R&D and Business Operations teams. You obsess about data, technology, and customer insight tocontinuously refine and enhance our operational efficiency. You have strong commercial acumen and naturally inspire and motivate others to innovate and increase marketing impact. You will be responsible for the holistic marketing tech stack, including integration with other Marketing tools, Product and Business applications that are used across the Customer Journey, ensuring we can report on marketing attribution across key customer touchpoints.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, determined, and experienced operations leader to shape Payoneer’s global Marketing Operations & Technology strategy and be a key member of the Marketing leadership team.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Responsible for:

 

 

 

 

Marketing Operations center of excellence and deployment:

 

 

·       Managing, coaching, motivating, and developing a high-performing, globally dispersed marketing operations team to execute the vision while supporting them to achieve their development goals.

·       Developing, implementing, and maintaining operational processes, guidelines, tools, templates, and training materials to empower the organization to deliver optimal customer experiences across regions and audiences, across the end-to-end customer journey.

·       Defining and implementing global standards to ensure robust and consistent campaign data is captured for analysis from campaign set up, tagging and tracking usage across the entire marketing mix.

·       Defining and implementing holistic funnel operations for marketing leads incl. lead scoring, routing of real-time lead supply to sales, lead follow up and lead funnel reporting.

·       Driving overall performance of campaigns and operations, continuously striving for improvements in lead quality, lead conversion, and revenue generation.

·       Analyzing and interpreting performance data, providing insights for decision-making, process optimisation, and overall operational improvement.

·       Aligning operational goals with marketing, sales, product and customer success teams, setting clear operating framework, and success metrics to ensure effective collaboration.

·       Partnering with our Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops, Data and Product teams to align on appropriate campaign measurement and attribution frameworks.

 

 

 

 

Marketing Technology innovation and optimization

 

 

·       Innovating on current ways of working to define a future approach to automation, scalability, personalisation, and performance improvement for all aspects of marketing.

·       Acting as owner and evangelist for our Marketing Technologies partnering with Marketing and Product & Technology to implement tech-driven solutions to optimise the customer experience and operational excellence.

·       Evaluating existing marketing technology adoption and defining marketing technology roadmap, including integration of new platforms, and expansion or consolidation of existing systems.

 

 

 

 

Evolving and building a high-performing team

 

 

·       Defining and implementing agile ways of working to improve speed to market and impact of initiatives while maintaining or increasing volume of output.

·       Championing an experimentation mindset to test new ideas, optimize activity and identify best practices.

·       Ensuring a regular cadence of performance share outs, insights & learnings.

·       Overseeing regulatory compliance, and database quality.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You will bring:

 

 

 

·       A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing operations and technology management.

·       Strong expertise in marketing technologies, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

·       Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

·       Experience in applying new and innovative martech tools and techniques, incl. deep working knowledge of marketing automation and customer data platforms.

·       Demonstrated experience in process optimisation and efficiency improvement.

·       Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

·       Strong data-driven mentality with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights to inform optimization strategies.

·       Hands-on leader with experience juggling multiple projects and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced cross-functional environment with a great attention to detail.

·       People management experience with the ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.

·       Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong bias for action.

·       Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions for commercial and operational performance.

·       Good understanding of the payments industry and its current evolution across the world
