Our Operations department is looking for a responsible, warm, enthusiastic, Back Office Representative to join our growing team.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Processing back-end requests from customers (including returns, billing issues, order processing, etc...).
* Communicating with customers through email (in English).
* Communicating with our suppliers abroad.
* Inter-department communication.
You Have:
* High to native level written English - a must!
* Experience in customer service/support/sales or a similar role - an advantage.
* Understanding of how CRM systems work.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Role located in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv in a hybrid capacity.
