Sourcing and Talent Acquition Specialist- Temp Position (Maternity leave replacement)

We focus on putting creators in the center and empowering them from the moment inspiration strikes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Specialist to join our HR team. You'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top-notch talent to fill key roles across our organization. You will Develop and implement innovative and creative sourcing and hiring strategies for a range of roles in multiple domains- Tech, Data, Marketing, Product & G&A. You will also contribute to other hiring projects and tasks that will be determined according to the companies hiring priorities, 

This position is a temp for 6 months with an option to change into a full time position subject to the growth of Lightricks. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build partnerships with our hiring staff and managers to successfully articulate our sourcing goals.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Map, analyze and turn an undefined talent market into an accessible database both for you and the team.
  • Stay up to date with best sourcing practices and implement them in your day-to-day routine.
  • Craft your outreach in a way that elevates the Lightricks brand and creates a one-of-a-kind candidate experience.
  •  Review resumes and qualifications to match candidates with open positions
  • Support and participate in cross department projects, such as candidate experience, hiring operations 

Requirements- 

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent sourcing in a recruitment agency/high-tech companies, specifically in tech and data profiles. 
  • Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment. 
  • Hands-on experience in a wide range of sourcing strategies and practices
  • Tech savvy, Easy adopter of new technologies
  • Well organized with a systematic approach. 
  •  Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • High level of English
