We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Security Engineer to join our growing R&D team. In this role, you will own all that relates to security in Ridge. You will design all the organization’s security frameworks and processes and will work closely with developers to assure their optimal implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s security certifications and processes
• Create tools and frameworks used by developers
• Work closely with developers, perform security design reviews, threat modeling and penetration tests, while acting as a security mentor for developers
• Investigate abnormal activities in production
• Build creative tools and services to detect and solve security issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a security engineer or analyst
• 2+ years of experience in development
• Comfortable around Linux OS
• B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and also as part of a team
• Ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment
• Fluent English (written and verbal)

Advantage

• Experience leading a company through the process of obtaining security certifications (SOC2, ISO, HITRUST, etc.)
• 1+ years of experience as an offensive security engineer
