What’s the job?      

     

An experienced full-stack acquisition team leaderto lead the team’s strategy and media execution, with the in-house team and an external agency, for numerous business lines across search and social (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Bing, Quora, and more), as well as additional growth channels such as podcast advertising, ‘digital out of home’, all with the goal of growing the business globally.

The  Performance Marketing Team Leader needs to be both strategic and hands-on, introducing new ideas and channels, while making sure that the traffic we drive through the campaigns is of the right quality, converts and ultimately delivers revenue. As part of the role, you will be working closely with our field marketing teams across 6 business regions, ensuring we drive the right strategy for each region.

  • Drive strategy, oversee execution, and own the results of your team's work.
  • Provide support and coaching for the online acquisition team.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop enterprise-level and cross-channel strategies and reporting.
  • Analyze KPIs and continuously optimize through AB testing to maximize acquisition and campaign efficiencies.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop best practices across all elements of paid media planning, from audience definition through to measurement and optimization.
  • In collaboration with the Head of Marketing Analytics, define and own global paid media performance reporting including attribution, direct response metrics, brand uplift and ROAS.
  • Leverage insights, learning and modelling to develop recommendations on media channel mix, planning and budget allocation by market, segments, and business lines.
  • Inspire your team to create a pipeline of new ideas and ‘test & learn’ approaches to maximize conversion and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with business and marketing functions across different regions
  • Administer analytics dashboards and key reporting tools to measure success (Google Analytics, BI, Salesforce)
  • Own reporting of local media plans and key performance metrics to global and regional leadership   

 

 

Is this you?

  • A hard-worker with a good business head
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven advertising experience with key PPC platforms
  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
  • Experienced working in global B2B organizations
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Fluent English speaker and writer
  • High Excel Proficiency
  • BA/BSc degree (Economics/Finance/Mathematics/Statistics – advantage)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • High enthusiasm and motivation to work within a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fast learner and autodidact
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo and Jira
  • Advanced knowledge of primary tracking and analytics platforms.
