Guesty is seeking a talented and highly motivated Marketing Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of design principles including typography, color, and composition. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to Guesty’s success through performance-driven design.
Responsibilities
- Produce a variety of marketing collateral including landing pages, display and social ads, email blasts, presentations (PPT and Google Slides), event materials, and more
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to support their goals
- Ideate along with the rest of the creative team on new initiatives in support of our objectives
- Optimize performance of creative assets through testing and performance analysis
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Creative/Marketing/Brand Graphic Designer
- Outstanding portfolio
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Mastery of Figma
- Strong understanding of typography and hierarchies
- Strong design, color, and composition abilities
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Very high level / native English speaker
