So, what will you be doing all day?

The Leadership Coaching & Enablement Manager will drive improvements and accountability in the sales leader coaching, commercial sales skills, knowledge, and acumen levels of the Go To Market (GTM) teams to increase performance and deliver a value-based approach to our customer-facing activity.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Develop and deploy a leadership coaching program and framework
  • Train all GTM sales leaders on coaching effectiveness, core coaching skills, and behaviors.
  • Create a leadership success guide with guidelines and expected behaviors.
  • Partner with the Sales training managers to plan, create and deliver leadership training interventions for our core sales methodologies (all GTM leadership roles).
  • Plan, deliver and review all leadership coaching activities
  • Drive accountability and performance through coaching activities (direct and coach the coach)
  • Be an expert in your field, facilitating ‘master coaching and training’ sessions within a ‘train the trainer’ approach.
  • Deliver manager training and coaching in both a virtual and in-person classroom environment (as applicable)
  • Establish best practices, frameworks, and templates to support stakeholder involvement in training execution
  • Partner with leaders to conduct a needs analysis; determine skill gaps, develop a learning and coaching approach, and prioritize the incremental improvement of sales skills within the core frameworks.
  • Responsible for leadership coaching activities
  • Maintain a database of all training and coaching materials and evergreen content, certifications, coaching records, etc
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of field enablement programs (with external vendors where applicable)
  • Innovate and implement new tech to support and drive coaching and training effectiveness, developing a culture of continuous improvement
  • Track the progress of projects to ensure we are aligned and within timelines with cross-functional teams involved.
  • Partner with the Enablement team to help organize specific internal projects and events, including our Annual Sales Summit

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • An expert in sales methodologies including value selling principles, certification status as master trainer is preferred but not essential.
  • An expert in learning behaviors and sales training best practices.
  • + 5 years experience in Sales Training/Enablement for a sales organization.
  • + 5 years experience as a coach to sales leadership
  • A clear and accurate communicator (both verbal and written), as well as an engaging presenter exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • A great creative (writing training plans, instructional text, audio, video 
  • A productivity wizard with the skills and ability to run a training program end to end - from design, to execution, measurement and iteration
  • Strong facilitation skills (virtual and in-person)   
  • Demonstrate interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills 
  • Excited and willing to work in a global organization across time zones, functions and levels
  • Be flexible, detail oriented, and diligent in delivering quality projects

It’s also a plus if you:

  • Know the market intelligence space
  • Have worked with core sales stack tools (gong/chorus, salesforce, SalesLoft/outreach, etc
  • Displays a passion for what you do and a drive to improve yourself and others
  • Speak other languages (always a bonus!)
