As a Sales Operation Representative at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the sales operation process.

Responsibilities

* Achieving monthly sales targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.

* Making calls to existing customers to maximize potential

* Interact with customers & coordinate meetings

* Joining the field team for activities

* Multitask between different communication channels

* Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps

* Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement
