What’s the job?

• Overseeing account ledgers and collaborating with bookkeeping teams
• Analyzing variations and identifying trends through analytical reviews
• Executing period-end cutoff procedures and preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages
• Executing and documenting internal control over financial reporting
• Preparing and assisting with quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Ongoing communication and collaboration with finance teams abroad
• Proactively identifying areas for process improvement and automation
• Establishing partnerships with other departments and relevant finance team members to streamline processes
• Supporting tax related matters
• Assuming direct responsibility for the accounting team in a European subsidiary including control system, policies, and procedures
• Undertaking ad-hoc corporate financial tasks and processes

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• CPA license
• 2-3 years experience as an Assistant Controller/Controller in a high-tech company
• Fluent English
• Proven experience in managing a team of 2-3 professionals
• Team player with strong service orientation
• Accurate, with great attention to detail
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
